Jessica joins us to talk about hair discrimination throughout her career in sales. Black women, in particular, have been targeted because of their hair since the beginning of the professional world. Even today, employers are getting away this form of discrimination whether it be over texture, style, color or length. Why is our hair still being used to determine our ability?
