By channelling your inner body energy and accessing ancient methods of breath control you will discover how to experience and listen to your heart as it awakens. Our heart is the door to our human and spiritual awareness, we are not thinking beings that sometimes feel, we are feeling beings who occasionally think! The Warrior Heart connectedness helps us to better understand, love and cherish ourselves and others as one. This is your journey, this is Warrior Heart Meditation!
