Coaching Through Themes with David Sharkey

This week on The Big Breakdown: A Coaching Podcast we are joined by David Sharley. David is the director of Team Architecture Ltd, who’s aim is to help coaches to develop connection, collaboration and cohesion between the people and their teams. In his day job, David is an English teacher in London, a rugby union coach at the HAC, and writer of the Great White Sharkey blog. David is influencing the coaching world on theming in coaching, and since June 2020 has been working as a consultant with Roman O’Gara at La Rochelle. Where in that time O’Gara has helped La Rochelle to two major milestones: their first ever Top14 and Champions Cup Finals. David joins Kris and Harrison to discuss coaching through themes.
