Molly Leishman is a producer at Human Person, an actor, creator, and all-around wonderfully clever, driven person. Having spent two years as a commercial TV producer, Molly dove headfirst into the Human Person team (a creative studio in LA), working on the iconic festival Coachella as her first project. During our korero, we talk all about the action behind the camera or stage that Molly really gravitates toward, how she makes decisions, & my personal favourite: Tall Poppy Syndrome (why we should cheer on others' passions, & the unique experience of women). She embraced her passion for the creative industry at a young age, & cultivated an (ever-growing) impressive list of credits to her name from acting to singing to production. Being a high-performer with an insane work-ethic, Molly earned a Bachelor of Design and Social Innovation, all while working throughout her studies – as a production assistant, actor, brand ambassador, and a variety of other roles which expanded her skillset.
