What is the Wellbeing Wheel?
Today we are going to be talking about the wellbeing wheel. There are many domains in life that are generally studied independently. Domains are the collective structure of the activities within our lives. Our activities can serve to support or undermine our life. In this episode, we are looking at the wheel and talk about how one area of your life going wrong can impact on many others.

(02.25) The inner part of the wheel really focuses on the physical aspect (03.07) This brings me to the second layer, which is really all about your emotions. (04.15) We have stresses around the financial economy (05.45) Constant stress in our lives can lead to inflammation in the body. (06.09) How you treat and look after your body and your mind reflects how you treat the world around you. (07.35) It's really important that we balance those domains (09.09) When your physical body is functioning optimally.
