Josh Mojica is from New York and has been a flight attendant for 9 years. Taking full benefits of being able to fly the world, he has been to over 85 countries. One of his proudest moments are when he works with refugees. Seeing a need for more transparency between donors and organizations, he started GoodFavor to encourage more involvement and donations. He talks about his wild experiences and how you can help others from home or anywhere.

Although ‘NotJustCrew’ didn’t set out with the intention of becoming a major support hub for cabin crew dealing with the effect of a collapsing aviation industry, we seem to have evolved that way.
We have now become the ‘go to place’ for crew from over 75 different nations, and 78 global airlines, with an average of 2k interactions daily on our social media.
Our shows are also converted to podcasts for iTunes, Spotify and other platforms, which reaches a 24h globally engaged audience as part of the role of cabin crew.
