A Virginia Tech student lures a 13-year-old to her death by messaging through the Kik app, which attracts millions of teenage users with little oversight. And a 15-year-old teen from Fayetteville, N.C. announces his grisly plans to murder a family member on the same app, just minutes before he followed through with the crime.
