Joris Lechêne is a trainer in anti-racism, bias, and decoloniality with lived experience of autism and ADHD. As a Black, Queer, Neurodivergent individual, Joris draws on his unique perspective, practice of sociology and his background in architecture to explore and dismantle systemic inequalities. Having lived and worked in five countries across three continents, he brings a wealth of experience to his training and social commentary.
