I hope you are all doing super well? I am so excited (as always) to bring you a new episode of the Home Barista Podcast for Home Baristas and extra excited as this is the very first collab episode.
In this episode, I am joined by a great friend of mine Jaye aka Your Local Barista NZ on Instagram. Jaye is a barista who works for First Hand Coffee in the beautiful Hawkes Bay region of New Zealand. She has a fantastic story to share about her coffee career past, present and future and I know that it will impact so many of you who are starting out as a barista and coffee roaster.
Jaye also touches on a very personal topic about her losing her sister in a tragic accident. This has helped Jaye dream bigger dreams for herself on a personal level and her career and some projects that have come to life in her sister's name!
