
Guided Meditations with Meegan Care
Meegan CareKia ora, I'm Meegan Care Mindfulness Meditation teacher, and Psychosynthesis Counsellor. These guided meditations are here to help you with your health and well-being. The meditations are designed to be done in a sitting upright relaxed posture with your eyes closed if that feels comfortable for you. If you experience a lot of fatigue or pain then please do these meditations lying down and rest your body. (Obviously, do not listen to the meditations if you are driving or doing anything else that requires your concentration.)
