Patricia is a licensed professional counselor of Mental Health in Delaware and Maryland. She’s Nationally Certified, with a master’s degree in counseling and a doctorate in psychology. She’s been in private practice since 2003 having previously worked in the private and government sectors. In 2003, she received the Presidential Leadership Award.
