Jodi Roebuck is an international renowned Biointensive Gardening educator, Restoration Grazing consultant and the man behind Roebuck Farm, one of the world’s most inspiring sustainable & profitable small scale working farms located in Taranaki, New Zealand.

I came across Jodi and his families fantastic small scale bio intensive Farm on Country Calendar. It’s a fantastic episode that you can watch here. Jodi demonstrated such an inspiring and holistic way of farming and something i’m so passionate about and is so needed with the current issues of climate change and human health.

According to the new UN Farming Report “Wake Up Before It's Too Late”, major changes are needed in our food, agriculture and trade systems, with a shift toward local small-scale farmers and food systems recommended. That is why the work of Jodi and other small-scale and organic farmers is so important.
