Today FM was taken abruptly off the air today as host Tova O'Brien and Duncan Garner announced it looked like the end of the station. We'll look at the 5pm update and see what else has become clear since that 9.30 piece of live radio occuredBilly Te Kaha has been jailed for breaching laws around COVID restrictions when he organised a public protest on the first day of the 2021 delta lockdown. Sean Plunket has spent a lot of time during an "interview" berating guests Pere Huriwai-Seger and Samah Huriwai-Seger from the Aotearoa Liberation League who were there to debate Julian Batchelor. Plunket, someone who has received leaks and tips a lot as a broadcaster, seemed most concerned about who supplied the couple video footage from an Orewa event rather than the content of that footage...but then who is surprised at that?
